降纤酶治疗不稳定型心绞痛临床观察

本文通过应用降纤酶对３０例不稳定型心绞痛患者的治疗．观察其临床疗效、心电图、血液流变学五项指标变化．结果显示：显效１９例，有效６例．总有效率８３．３％；心电图ＳＴ段明显好转；血液流变学五项指标变化治疗后明显改善；且在治疗过程无明显毒副作用，所以认为降纤酶应用于不稳定型心绞痛的治疗是较安全、方便、有效的方法．

Clinical studies on cases with unstable angina pectoris treated by defibrase

Thirty cases with unstable angina pectoris had been treated by defibrase wereunder observation for analysis of its clinical efficacy; their electrocardiograms (ECG's)and five indexes of their hemorrheological changes. It has been found that defibrase issignificantly efficacious in 19 cases and rather efficacious in 6 cases, totaling 83. 3 percent; the ST section in their ECG's improves markedly; with little or no toxic or side effects during the course of defibrase therapy. and with their hemorrheological indexeschanging for the better after therapy. It is therefore concluded that defibrase is convenient, safe,. and efficacious for use in curing unstable angina pectoris.
