| 摘 要： | 采用调查访问法、录像统计法和资料研究法对第36、37届世界体操锦标赛和28届奥运会男子跳马比赛前8名运动员的比赛成绩、动作难度及完成情况进行了统计分析，结果表明：动作选择集中于前手翻类、侧手翻类和踺子上板类等三组动作中，并以侧手翻类和前手翻类动作为主；运动员的能力不断提升，动作质量日益提高；落地的稳定性依然是取胜的关键；掌握两个10分起评的高难度动作，追求姿态美、落地稳是跳马发展的不变趋势．

| Abstract: | By means of investigation,video statistics and documentary,the athletic results,movement difficulty and performance of the top eight players in the Men's Vaulting-horse of the 37th World Gymnastics Championship are analyzed in this paper.The results show that movement selection concentrates on three groups:fore-arm flip,side-arm flip and Yamashita style.And it is central on the front two groups.The ability of athlete has been unceasing promoted,as well as the quality of movement,the stable landing is still the key point to success.Grasping the highly difficult routine of double 10 initial mark,seeking wonderful,gesture and stable landing are the invariable trends of Men's Vaulting-horse. |
