| 摘 要： | 结合参加《出国人员审批档案管理系统》的设计和开发中的体会，对系统涉及到的主要技术及一些信息处理中的问题进行探讨。介绍用VB6.0和Mircrosoft SQL Server7.0开发C／S应用程序的技术，以及ADO（Active Data Object)对数据库的访问技术，并介绍图形档案资料的采集、存储、查询、备份与恢复等问题的解决与实现。

| Abstract: | This paper describes the main technology and several problems in message processing used in document management system of personal applying for going abroad. By analyzing several key problems involved in designing this system. The C/S application program with VB and SQL server and ADO(Active Data Object) technology which is used in the accessing of databases are discussed. The solution and implementation of some problems, such as the image scanning, data store, data backup and data restore are introduced in this paper. |
