基于Fluent对水垫带式输送机流体场的仿真研究

摘    要:为进一步了解水垫带式输送机水垫流体场的形成机理,对水垫流体场进行了数值仿真研究。在理论研究的基础上,建立了水垫流体场的数学模型;利用Fluent软件对水垫流体场的分布进行了仿真分析。研究结果表明,在水垫带式输送机工作时,该流体场内存在两个水流速度较快的区域,且这两个区域动压效应明显;动压效应随输送带速度的加快而增强,适当提高带速可以提高输送机的承载能力。

Abstract:In order to understand the formational mechanisms of water cushion flow fields of water cushion belt conveyor,the numerical simulations on water cushion flow fields were carried out.Based on the research on water cushion flow fields,the mathematical model of water cushion pressure fields was derived.The software Fluent was adopted to simulate the distribution of water cushion flow fields.The simulations results show that there are two zones characterized by high velocity in the water cushion flow fields when the conveyor works.Hydrodynamic effects are dominant in these zones.The higher belt velocity is,the more obvious hydrodynamic effects are.The load-carrying capacity of water cushion belt conveyor can be improved by the higher belt velocity.
