双供热参数节能供暖系统研究

摘    要:针对既有散热器采暖用户又有低温地板辐射采暖用户的双供热参数的供暖系统,提出了一种节能供暖系统分布式回水加压系统。通过理论和工程实例对比分析,得出分布式回水加压系统中循环泵和管网初投资小,循环泵耗电量少;在既有的散热器供暖小区扩建地暖用户,水力工况明显优于混水系统;当地暖用户和回水管连接点位置处在过冷和过热用户之间时,能减少近端用户入口调节阀的节流功耗,增大地暖用户下游散热器用户的作用压差,改善原系统的水力工况。

Abstract:Aimed at the two heat-supply parameters heating system that has both radiator heating and low temperature floor radiant heating,this paper put forwards a type of energy-saving heating system,that is,distribution return water pressurization system.By the analysis both on theory and engineering examples,the following conclusion has been received: the first cost of the circulating pump and pipe network is low and the power of the circulating pump is small in the distribution return water pressurization system.Extending floor radiant heating user in heating district with radiator heating,the hydraulic regime is obviously better than water-mixing system.When the location of the connection point between floor radiant heating user and water return pipe lies between overheating user and overcooling user,the throttling power of the closer user inlet regulating valve could be reduced and the action pressure differential of the radiator user after the floor radiant heating user could be increased,at the same time,the hydraulic regime of the original system could be improved.
