摘    要:应用单片机进行CO2焊机变结构波形控制的实验性研究,硬件控制系统采用8031单片微机实现.电路设计中采取了光电隔离等抗干扰措施,使系统可靠性得到提高.软件由主程序和定时器中断服务程序组成,主程序实现系统控制,中断服务程序实现变结构算法运算.研究结果表明,采用CO2焊接变结构微机控制后,飞溅明显减少,焊接质量得到提高.

Abstract:This paper introduces mainly the experimental research of the CO2 welding ma- chine of variable structure control by the applieation of a single chip microcomputer. 8031 single chip microcomputer is used in the HW control system and we adopt the measures of the resistance to interfere in the circuit, for examle, the light-electric isolation and so on, so as to improve the system reliability. SW is composed of the main program and the timer inter ruption program. The main program does the system control and the interruption program dose the variable structure operation. The research results show: because we take the CO2 welding machine of variable structure control by using a single chip microcomputer, the spattering loss reduced evidently and the better welding quality obtained.
