锌精馏过程锌液流量计算机控制系统

摘    要:介绍了一种利用软测量检测被控量构成的两级计算机控制系统,对具有腐蚀性的高温粗锌液流量实现监控,阐述了软测量技术检测粗锌液流量的工作原理,给出了控制系统的结构,上位机根据生产调度输出流量设定值,记录了保存流量变化曲线和数据,下位机采用PLC控制步进电机,调节进料阀门开度,实现锌液流量稳定控制,现场运行结果表明系统工作可靠,解决了具有腐蚀性的高温小流量液体流量控制的难题。

Abstract:The article presents the two-level computer control system which makes use of soft -sensing techniques to inspect the controlled objects and monitors the flux of corrosive high-temperature spelter. The article introduces the theory of soft-sensing techniques on the inspection of the liquid zinc flux and provides the structure of the control system. The host computer outputs the flux enactment according to the production and scheduling, records and saves the curves and data of the flux. The lower computer uses PLC which controls the step motor, adjusts the value opening and realizes the steady control of the liquid zinc flux. The result of practice indicates the reliability of the system. The method resolves the difficult control problem about the flux of corrosive, high-temperature and little-flux liquid.
