人力资本道德价值提升对加快经济发展方式转变的经济效应

我国传统的主要依赖于"四高四低"的经济发展方式引起的经济社会问题已威胁到我国经济社会的可持续发展,加快转变经济发展方式转变已刻不容缓。面对资源、环境、市场三大约束,加快转变经济发展方式转变的活力源泉来自于挖掘"软实力",即提升人力资本道德价值。人力资本道德价值作为一种特殊的人力资本价值,从根本上决定了我国人力资本价值的整体水平,进而对我国经济发展方式转变的成功与否有着深远影响。为此,本文研究人力资本道德价值提升对加快经济发展方式转变的效应关系、效应机理和效应方式,试图对加快经济发展方式转变具有指导意义和价值。

The Economic Effect About Mode Transition of Economic Development Accelerated By Moral Value of Human Capital

A lot of problems caused by the traditional economic mode,which depends primarily on the way,commonly known as "4 high and 4 low" has threatened to sustainable development of China’s economic and society,therefore,mode transition of economic development has been of great urgency.Under the three constraints of resource,environment and market,the vitality for mode transition of economic development comes from "mining" soft power,namely,moral value of human capital.The moral value of human capital,as a special kind of the value of human capital,essentially decides the value of human capital in the overall level in China,and thus,has a far-reaching impact on mode transition of economic development.To this end,this paper studies the effect,effect mechanism and the effect way between the enhancing the value of human capital and mode transition of economic development in an attempt to play a guiding role to accelerating mode transition of China’s economic development.
