三峡漂浮物治理及再生利用方案探讨

摘    要:三峡库区将于2003年开始蓄水,届时困扰我国各地的水力发电站漂浮物淤堵的问题,同样会在三峡水电站重现,这将严重影响三峡水电站机组的正常发电、危及机组的安全运行、对三峡库区的人文景观造成严重破坏.如不能尽快找到针对葛洲坝和三峡两个梯级水库的根本治理办法,仍维持原定方案“以排漂孔下排为主”,势必会增加下游葛洲坝电厂的负担,同时更不利于这两个水库的环境保护.根据三峡库区漂浮物的分布及其运移规律、漂浮物的组成成分以及三峡周边地区的资源利用情况,提出了漂浮物的治理及再生利用方案.

Abstract:The Three Gorges Hydropower Plant will generate electricity in 2003. when the time comes, the problem of floating debris blockage in front of trash racks, which has happened over a long period of time in lots of hydropower plants around china,will recur;so the function and safety of hydraulic machines will be seriously threatened and the environment will be disrupted too. The run of Gezhouba hydraulic power plant will be threatened and the environment in two power plants will be disrupted,if the floating debris will not to be appropriately treated and as the previous scheme that the floating debris were mainly discharged. According to the floating and distributionproperty, constituent of the floating debris, and based on the present situation of renewal and rewse of resources in the Three Gorges neighborhood, the treatment and renewal schemes have been proposed to resolve this problem.
