单相光伏并网发电系统的建模与仿真

摘    要:光伏并网发电具有集成度高、使用方便、清洁无污染等优点,是光伏发展的一个主要方向.设计的单相光伏并网发电系统采用两级式拓扑结构,前级采用Boost直流变换器结构,用扰动观测法进行最大功率点跟踪,后级用全桥逆变电路将直流电逆变为交流电.最后,在MATLAB/Simulink环境下建模、仿真,仿真结果基本符合要求.

Abstract:Photovoltaic grid power generation has advantages of high integration,easy use,non-pollution and it is one of the main directions of the photovoltaic development. In this paper,design of single-phase photovoltaic grid power generation system consists of two-level topological structure,with the level preceding using the Boost dc converter structure and disturbance observation method for maximum power point tracking; the latter class can use full bridge inverter circuit dc inverter for alternating current. Finally,under the environment of MATLAB /Simulink,modeling,simulation and the simulation results basically conform to the requirements.
