平面端铣切削振动实验观察与计算机仿真

摘    要:在切削试验和计算机仿真中观察分析铣削强迫振动与自激振动现象,通过比较试验,仿真以及前人研究结果,表明数字仿真可行,有优越性,分析了振动影响因素仿真确定稳定性极限产生误差的原因,发现机床模太参数影响远大于切削力特征值,证明建立多质量多自由度等效系统模型的必要。探讨了铣削振动消减措施。

Abstract:The frame conditions of cutting test and computer simulation, theprocedure to simulate cutting vibrations, are introduced. The forced andself- excited cutting vibrations in face milling are observed and analysed. Throughcomparing the results of simulation with that of test and the known researchconclusions, the feasibility and advantages of digital simulation of cuttingvibrations are demonstrated. Factors which may innuence cutting vibrations andshift the threshold of cutting stability determined by means of simulation areinvestigated. It is discovered that machine modal parameters have much greaterinfluence than steady state cutting force data so that the necessity of modeling ofmachine tool with dynamic equivalent multi degree of freedom system is proved.Measures to suppress cutting vibrations are studied.
