升降台铣床动态试验分析

摘    要:介绍通过相对激振测定升降台铣床切削点动柔度矩阵的原理,结果以及模态分析结果,并与切削试验结果对比证明激振试验结果可信,指出建立机床多质量多自由度等效系统模型的必要性。

Abstract:This paper introduces the principle and results of determining dynamic compliance matrix of a knee-and-column milling machine at working point through stAnulus-rcsponsc test by means of exciting relatively between tool andworkpiece, as well as result8 of a modal analysis. The confidence of these results is shown by comparing them with the results of cutting tests. The necessity of modeling machine tool structurc with a dynamic equivalent system with multi masses and multi degree of freedom is poited out.
