碾压混凝土在机场场道工程中的应用

摘    要:混凝土在机场工程中占有相当大的比重,与普通水泥混凝土相比,碾压混凝土具有密度实度高,抗冻性能好,施工速度快,造价低等优点,应用于机场工程必将产生良好的社会效益和经济效益。对于特殊不良地基的机场,可以采用碾压贫混凝土作为基层。碾压混凝土用于机场道面面层时主要作为复合式道面之下层。笔者在试验与分析的基础上,将碾压贫混凝土基层的力学性能和经济指标与其它半刚生基层作了比较,给出了其厚度的确定方法和工程实例

Abstract:It is significant to apply RCC to airport engineering because RCC has much .advantage over the ordinary cement concrete. Roller compacted lean concrete (RCLC) can be used as base course of airport pavement which is located at poor subgrade such as expansive soil, special soft clay, and so on- A method to determine the thickness of RCLC base course is presented in this paper. RCC can also be used in airport pavement. Based on the principle of load fatigue stress and the related existing specifications, the author developed a procedure which provides the airport pavement design engineer with calculation of RCC pavement thickness.
