浅谈提高铁路车务站段运输效率的有效途径

通过对铁路车务站段实际生产过程中存在着效率、效益低下等情况的分析．提出只有从转变干部、职工思想观念，增强效率、效益意识入手，强化运输组织，提高指挥水平，严守运输纪律，积极与机务、车辆等部门配合好，才能提高作业效率，使效率、效益最大化。

Through the analysis on the situations of lower efficiency and lower benefit existing in the actual production of railway traffic section, this paper puts forward that only starting from changing the ideological conception of cadres and workers and strengthening the efficiency and benefit consciousness, strengthening the transportation organization, increasing the commanding level, strictly observe the transportation discipline, and cooperating well with other depots (such as locomotive depot, traffic depot, etc.) can increase operation efficiency and make the benefit be maximized.
