教师个体的课程意识:存在与发展

摘    要:研究教师个体的课程意识应该回到教师的教学生活世界,由此才可能发现教师在其教学实践中已经形成的个体化的课程意识。只有对教师这种潜在的课程意识有所认识和关注,才能在新课改的进程中逐步发展出教师“自为性”的课程意识。当前我们应着力于促成教师个人课程权力的实现及课程能力的提高,从而促进教师个体课程意识从“自在”向“自为”的发展。

Abstract:It should retum to teacher's pedagogical praxis when study individual teacher's curricular consciousness. There-fore,it is possible to aware that teachers have come to being individual consciousness of curriculum when they are doing teaching practice. The potential curriculum consciousness must be realized and focused on, so it can gradually develop teacher's "substantial" consciousness during the new process of curriculum reform. We should dedicate to precipitate the realization and improvement of individual teacher's rights and abilities of curriculum, in order to promote the development of individual teacher's consciousness from "potential" form to "substantial" form.
