| Abstract: | Harmonious library,which represents the harmonious link between the library and readers,is an important part of the harmonious society.This article shows how the library can improve the quality of the service as a reading guide efficiently and effectively to motivate the harmonious link between the library and readers by enhancing the service ideology of librarians,the timber of librarians,and their method of reading guidance,etc. |
