采煤机控制系统辨识

摘    要:针对采煤机实际工作中,难以利用传统方法建立控制系统准确的数学模型问题,提出采用Laplace变换的极限定理法对采煤机控制系统进行模型辨识,得到系统的动态传递函数.仿真结果表明,辨识得到的模型能够很好的描述被控对象,该方法具有动态性好、精度高等优点.

Abstract:Directed at the difficult use of conventional method to build exact math model of control system in a shearer operation, this paper introduces the adoption of limit theorem method of Laplace transformation for system discrimination and features dynamic transfer function of system. The simulation result indicates that the model resulting from discrimination can afford the better depiction of controller object and the method offers advantages such as better dynamism and higher accuracy.
