悬索桥索塔施工过程的模拟分析

摘    要:宁波庆丰自锚式悬索桥索塔采用弧面结合变截面局部空心结构,且仅在上塔柱处设置一道横梁,构造较复杂,施工难度较大.为更好地进行施工控制本文详细计算了施工过程中塔柱及横梁截面应力及位移的变化,根据固定模板逐段浇筑的施式方案进行了施工过程的模拟,得出施工各工况中塔柱自重应力及位移,并根据分析结果提出施工中应注意的问题.同时为考察成桥后索塔受力性能,本次亦分析了索塔除承受自重外同时承受大缆竖向及水平不平衡荷载工况的情况,从而得出庆丰桥索塔从施工到成桥后的全部工作性能.

Abstract:The local hollow structure of the arc combining with the varational section is adopted by the tower of Ningbo Qingfeng self-anchored suspension bridge,and there is only one crossbeam on the top tower.Conformation is complicate,and construction is also difficult.To do better in the construcation control,the paper calculates the stress and displacement of tower and crossbeam in the course of construction.According to the scheme of fixed moulding board casted in segment gradually,the tower stress of self-weight and displacement in every construction course are obtained,and the problems in the construction are brought forward.At the same time,to check the performance of tower after the bridge being finished,the paper also analyses the tower in the vertical force of main cable and horizontal force of imbalanced loads.Finally the total work performance of Qingfeng tower from the construction to the bridge being finished is acquired.
