摘    要:河道型水库区下垫面改变对局地降水的影响是修建大型水库时需要考虑的主要问题之一,深入研究此问题利于对水库区未来气候变化进行预警和及早采取应对措施.依据能量平衡和水分平衡,推导出了下垫面改变导致局地年均降水量变化的计算公式,并把该公式应用于三峡库区.结果表明:库区蓄水后年均降水量相对于蓄水前有所增加,但增加量不大,局地年均降水量增加量计算值与库区气象站监测结果较为接近.

Abstract:One of the main problems to be concerned when building large reservoir is the effect of land-use difference on local precipitation amount in the area of channel reservoir,which is favorable to monitor future climatic change in the reservoir area;and then the corresponding measures are taken as soon as possible.Based on energy equilibrium and water equilibrium,the relationship between land-use difference and change of local precipitation amount is got.Taking the Three Gorges area for example,the results show annual mean precipitation amount after impounding is larger than that before impounding;and the increasing amount is small.The calculated increasing amount of annual mean local precipitation after impounding is approximate to the value got from meteorological stations.
