近年来,随着我国高校的扩招,大学生的数量在逐年增加,大学生就业成为一个突出的社会问题,自2008年金融危机席卷全球以来,大学生就业形势日趋严峻,受到了社会各界的广泛关注。因此,建立专门的就业指导机构势在必行。此机构必须有高素质、高水准的工作人员,对大学生的就业观、就业设计、就业技巧等方面进行全方位的指导。

Recently,the employment of graduates has become a social problem with the enrollment expansion of higher education and the increasing amount of students.Since the global financial crisis in 2008,the employment of graduates has become more severe and attracted more social attention.Therefore,it’s necessary to establish a specific employment guiding institute where working personnel with high professional quality can provide extensive guidance to view of employment,career planning and job-hunting skills for graduates.
