摘    要:在ANSYS系统中建立40G150P/A×2型增强热塑料管电熔接头有限元分析模型,利用ANSYS提供的复合材料分析方法和参数化建模语言,考虑了材料的非线性、接触等问题,建立增强热塑料管电熔接头静力学分析模型,利用计算结果对构件的强度和刚度进行判断,分析了结构的薄弱环节,并根据分析结果通过对管体复合材料叠层结构的优化,实现对结构的优化。

Abstract:This study develops a finite element model for the welding joints of 40G150P/A×2 reinforced thermoplastic pipe using ANSYS system.A static analysis model is developed using composite material analysis method and ANSYS parametric design language.The model takes into consider of the material nonlinearities,the contact problem and the crews’ equivalent modeling method etc.The structure optimization is archived as a result of the optimization of the layered thick structural of the composite material used by the pipes.
