传统教学方法与行动导向教学方法的对比研究

摘    要:随着社会的不断发展与进步,企业对从业者的能力要求越来越高,与此同时,人生发展与社会发展的互动态势更加明显,迫使劳动者要求具备跨职业、跨行业、跨产业的不断适应劳动市场变化的本领。针对这样的现状,改革职业教育教学方法,使得学生获得社会认可的职业能力就显得尤为重要。结合在德国学习和国内教学实施心得,我们对比传统教学方法与行动导向教学方法,阐述了当前职业教育教学改革的方向,对广大教育工作者具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:With continuous development and improvement of society,enterprises are increasingly demanding more from employees.Meanwhile,interaction between the life development and social development trend is more obvious,urging laborers to have capability of adapting to constant changes in the labor market cross career,trade and industry.In this situation,it is important to reform teaching methods of vocational education to enable students to obtain the professional ability recognized by the society.Combining learning experience in Germany and domestic teaching experience,we compare traditional teaching methods with the action-oriented teaching method,and expound the direction of current vocational education reform,which is of referential value to educational personnel.
