| 摘 要： | 面对激烈的市场竞争和复杂多变的社会环境 ,确定企业的战略方向已成为企业经营管理的首要任务 .本文采用定性分析与定量分析相结合的方法构造了一个用于制定企业战略的SWOT战略分析模型 ,并结合天津电力公司发展现状 ,应用此模型分析确定了天津电力公司所应采取的发展战略

| Abstract: | Facing up the drastic competition of the market and the complex social surroundings,the strategy of a company has become the prime task of a company.This article adopted an analytical SWOT model by the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis.And we analyzed and ascertained the strategy which Tianjin Electric Power Company should use in the future by defining the strafegic development of Tianjin Electric Power Company. |
