| 摘 要： | 定义了系统失效树最小割集矩阵和不交化最小割集矩阵。在开发微机辅助失效树分析软件的基础上,从系统分析角度,将液压件铸件缺陷视为系统故障,进行铸件缺陷的预报和诊断。经多种实例验证,证明新方法的可行性,为实现铸件质量的科学管理和铸件缺陷的微机诊断提供了一种有效的科学方法。

| Abstract: | In this paper, the authors define the fault tree minimal cut sets' matrix and the non-intersect minimal cut sets'matrix of a system and develop the microcomputer aided analysis in fault trees. Based on these, from the angle of systematical analysis, casting defects were regarede as systematical faults, diagnosed and forecasted by the method of microcomputer aided analysis in fault trees. The new method has been proved feasible by many casting examples, and can be an effective .method for realizing scientific management of casting quality and microcomputer diagnosis of casting defects. |
