| 摘 要： | 作者在清醒麻痹的猫上进行中缝背核对躯体反射放电影响的实验。结果表明:电刺激猫中缝背核(DR)对躯体反射放电活动具有明显地抑制作用;对躯体伤害性刺激引起的丘脑束旁核(PF)诱发单位放电活动亦具有明显地抑制作用。

| Abstract: | Experiments have been performed on conscious immobilized cats.Electrical stimulation is applied to the left nervi peronaeus communis of the animalS, which is regarded as the pain sense of somata.Reflex discharges of nervi tibi- alis at the same side have been recorded,which can be used as the objective index of the pain reaction,and evoked unit discharges of parafascieular nucleus which are caused by the pain sense of somata have also been recorded.The re- sults show that reflex discharges of somata and evoked unit discharges of paraf- ascicular nucleus,which are caused by noxious stimulation,can be inhibited remarkably by the electric stimulation on dorsal raphe nuclei. |
