| 摘 要： | 科学发展观指导下的新科技观,是马克思主义科技观的又一次升华,其核心就是“以人为本,全面、协调、可持续发展”。落实新的科技发展观,必须大力缩小科技发展的地区差距和城乡差距,确立可持续的科技创新观,并着力解决科技发展内部的不协调。

| Abstract: | The new development viewpoint of S&T which is under the direct of the scientific development viewpoint is another evolution of the Marxist development viewpoint of S&T.Its core is just human-oriented,harmonized,comprehensive and sustainable development. To carry out the new development viewpoint of S&T,we must strongly lessen the differences of S&T between the city and the countryside;strongly les sen the differences of S&T among different regions.We must establish the sustain able development viewpoint of technological innovation,and pay attention to the harmony among the internal development of S&T. |
