摘    要:理论分析和实验表明,静压磨头主轴在旋转状态下将产生动效应,这种效应能使主轴系统的刚度提高,抗振性增强。在临界转速范围内,主轴的转速越高,动效应越明显,静压磨头的静,动态性能越好。

Abstract:The theoretical analysis and testing result indicate that, a hydrodynamic effect will be taken under place the condition of a turning spindle which will rise the rigidily of the spindle system and strengthen its antivibration ability as well. Below a critical turning, speed, itis discivered that the high the turning speed is, the more obvious hyrodynamic effect and the letter static and dynamic characteristic would be.
