| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法，对我省高校高水平运动队的教练员现状进行了调研分析，从而得出我省高校高水平运动队教练员队伍的组成结构较为合理，存在着高水平的教练员匮乏、培训机会少、奖励措施不够合理等问题．根据我省实际提出了引进高水平教练员、实行专职教练员制、建立一套完整的培训体系、改革职称晋升制度等发展对策．
