| 摘 要： | 以氯化铵和五氯化磷为原料,氯苯做溶剂,采用复合催化剂合成了产品六氯环三磷腈.以六氯环三磷腈为阻燃剂,采用常压浸注和热-冷浸注结合法,对木材进行了阻燃处理,并利用氧指数,剩炭率,热分析等分析手段对其热降解行为进行了表征.结果表明,经过阻燃处理的木材其氧指数和剩炭率比未经处理的木材明显升高,而热分解温度下降.

| Abstract: | An improved method of synthesis of hexachlorocyclotriph-osphazene is reported.Ammonium chloride and phosphorus penachloride was used as materials and chlorobenzene was used as solvent.Wood were treated by hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene.Combustion and decomposition properties on wood were investigated by using LOI,char yield,DTA-TG.It was shown that for the wood treated with the flame retardant reagents there are increases in LOI and char yield,and decreases in the temperature of decomposition.So the flame retardant property of the treated wood was improved by hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene. |
