| 摘 要： | 传媒类艺术生由于成长环境相对良好,成长道路较为顺利,具有纪律意识较差、文化基础不牢、自我认知缺乏、容易冲动、过于自信等自身显著的个性特征。日益激烈的竞争对传媒类艺术生的心理素质提出了更高的要求,因此,应通过开展挫折教育,提高他们的受挫能力,促进他们健康成长成才。

| Abstract: | Because of a good growing environment and smooth road, the students from Media Art major have compara tively poor discipline consciousness, cultural foundation, and lack of self-cognition. So they are easily impulse or too confident. The increasingly fierce competition requires a higher psyohological quality. The frustration education is necessa ry and urgent to help them grow up healthily. |
