西部欠发达地区城乡一体化发展的思考——以四川省达州市为视角

城乡一体化发展是区域生产力水平或者城市化水平发展到一定程度的标志,是区域经济发展的一个崭新阶段,是解决"三农"问题的根本途径。达州城乡一体化发展事态良好,必须在进一步加快城乡双向一体化进程、坚守城乡一体化的总体发展战略导向、搭建城乡一体化的战略大框架、确立城乡一体化的社会保障系统等方面取得实质性突破之后,才能引导达州城乡一体化发展不断跃上新台阶。
