浅析川陕苏区党组织对苏维埃政府之影响

川陕革命根据地从创建到盛极至撤离,中共党组织都在其中处于高屋建瓴的独特地位。而它毕竟不同于政权或群团组织,发挥的作用也就互不相同。如何避免党组织指令一切而削弱政府应有作用,根据实际需要划定在政府方面应起的作用,使党组织和苏维埃政府在工作中相得益彰,是川陕省党组织不得不考虑的问题。事实证明川陕苏区在这方面取得了较好的成果。

An Analysis on the Function of the Party Organization to the Soviet Government in Chuan-Shaan Soviet Area

From its es- tahlishment to its heydays and till to its transfer, the CPC had Deen playing a strategical role, which was different because it was different from the regime or mass organizations. It became a dilemma to keep the balance between the Party organi- zation the government. The Party must consider the government＇s rote in the need to make both sides work well. The re- suhs proved that the Chuan- Shaan Soviel area did well.
