| 摘 要： | 当前产业结构调整升级和转变发展方式的宏观战略,对高等教育提出了突出应用型人才培养、加强实践教育的新要求。囿于多方面因素的影响,地方新建高师院校当前实践教育面临着动力、资源、机制、发展四个方面的现实困境,迫切需要认真审思,需要政府、高校、社会、企业等多方联动与共同努力并加以解决,以适应经济社会转型发展的需要。
