略论新时期党的历史方位变迁与党的自身建设

党所处历史方位的变迁决定了党的建设的目标调整走向和路径选择,党建目标模式的变化体现党对于自身历史方位认知的变化。改革开放以来,中国共产党党建目标模式的演进体现了中共党人对党所处历史方位变化的宏观认知和现实把握。党的历史方位具有一定的稳定性,但在具体的发展阶段,面对新情况、新问题,却又有具体的现实表征。建设一个什么样的执政党,怎样建设执政党,面临什么样的风险和考验,怎样应对风险和考验是改革开放以来中国共产党党建目标模式演进的主线。

The party＇s historical position changes decides how to adjust the party＇s construction mode. The party build- ing target mode changes reflect the party＇s own historical position cognition. The evolution of the Chinese Communist par- ty target mode reflects the Chinese Communists Party in which the historical position changes. All the problems including what the ruling party wants to be, how to build the ruling party, what the risks and tests would face and how to deal with the risks and tests are the evolution of the main line of the Chinese Communist Party target mode since the reform and o- pening up.
