海藻酸钙季铵盐衍生物微球的制备及表征

摘    要:采用乳化—凝胶法制备了海藻酸钙及其季铵盐衍生物微球,考察了海藻酸钠浓度、搅拌速度、油水比例、季铵盐浓度等因素对制备海藻酸钙季铵盐衍生物微球形态及粒径分布的影响.用红外光谱仪与光学显微镜对所制备的海藻酸钙季铵盐衍生物微球进行了表征.结果表明,通过对制备条件的优化,可制备出分布较均匀,形态较好的海藻酸钙季铵盐衍生物微球.

Abstract:Preparation of alginate calcium microspheres and alginate calcium-quaternary ammonium complex micro- spheres by emulsification-gelation was reported. The influences of experimental conditions on alginate calcium parti- cles size and morphology, such as, the concentration of sodium-alginate, stirring speed and the relative proportion of organic phase to aqueous phase, were investigated. And the morphologies of alginate calcium-quaternary ammo- nium complex microspheres were also investigated by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and micro- scope. The results indicated that alginate calcium-quaternary ammonium complex microspheres with good morpholo- gy could be obtained under the optimum conditions.
