磁力轴承的电磁力分析及刚度研究

摘    要:首次考虑了磁力轴承控制电流中位移反馈成分对磁力的影响,分析了稳定性对磁力的要求,通过求解控制电流方程,首次给出了磁力轴承的刚度估计及设计公式,并讨论了磁力轴承特征参数对轴承刚度的影响。

Abstract:In this paper we reduced the magnetic force formulation of the active magnetic bearing (AMB), for the first time considering the effects of the corresponding part of the control electric flow with the displacement feedback. We aslo gave the requirement of the motion stability for the force. By solving the equation of the control flow we gained the formulations for evaluating and designing the AMB's stiffness, then discussed the effects of the AMB's characteristic parameters on the stiffness.
