太阳辐射光及其对人类的影响

以前人们只知道太阳辐射中的紫外线具有促进骨骼组织发育的作用,成长期的儿童多晒太阳,多在户外活动,有利于防止佝偻病,有利于身体健康,但并不清楚其原理,还将皮肤晒的又黑又红看成是健康的象征等等。随着对太阳辐射研究的不断深入,人们逐渐认识到幅射的危害性。文章就太阳辐射光在地面上的强度、太阳光谱及影响其传播的各种因素进行了简要的阐述,介绍了太阳辐射中的紫外线对眼睛和皮肤的主要影响:引起慢性白内障、诱发皮肤癌等。

Discussion on the Solar Radiation and Its Effects on Human Beings

From the ancient time,people realized that solar radiation benefits for all living things.For instance,UV radiation can stimulate the development of bone system,outdoor activity was regarded as a prevention of richitis,but the reason was not clear and it is believed that suntan was a symbol of healthy and so on.With more study done on solar radiation,more and more people realized the bad effects of solar radiation.This paper briefly introduces the strength of solar radiation while it reaches to the ground,the solar spectrum and some factors for its spreading.At the same time,it also discusses its influence on eyes and skin: causing chronic cataract,skin cancer and so on.
