摘    要:针对连续交通网络设计模型在实际应用中的不足,根据公路改扩建的实际做法,将连续交通网络设计转化为离散交通网络设计,给出混合公路网络设计方法。考虑城市群发展过程中的优先与公平问题,设置不同OD对的优先级,并给出纵向与横向公平性的计算方法.在此基础上构建一体化混合公路网络设计模型,并给出基于遗传算法的求解方法。

Abstract:In order to avoid the deficiency in application of continuous transportation network design, this paper presents a mixed highway network design method by converting CNDP to DNDP according to the actual approach in highway changing or expanding. Taken into consideration the priority and equity in development of urban agglomerations, an integrated and mixed highway network design model is presented by setting the pricority level of all OD pairs and defining the vertical equity and horizontal equity. At last, a genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem.
