在体大鼠肝细胞内酸性磷酸酶和单胺氧化酶的超声生物效应

摘    要:用频率为1.06MHz,强度为30W/cm~2的连续聚焦超声直接辐照在体大鼠肝脏3min,术后常规饲养,分别于辐照后1d、7d和15d宰杀取材,做石蜡切片和冰冻切片。观察辐照后肝细胞形态结构和酸性磷酸酶、单胺氧化酶活性变化。结果表明:辐照后的肝组织出现坏死区、重损伤区、轻损伤区,各区细胞的形态结构均发生了不同程度的变化。两种酶反应在坏死区为阴性,重损伤区呈弱阳性,轻损伤区呈强阳性,而未损伤区呈中等阳性反应。本文以此为线索,讨论了超声损伤机制和酶在肝细胞的继发性损伤和修复过程中的作用。

Abstract:The midde lobe of the left liver of rat was irridiated by continuously focussed ultrasound with frequency of 1.06 MHz and intensity of 30W/cm~2. The cut was stitched up and the rat were feeded with normal method. After 1d, 7d, 15d, the irridiated part of liver was taken out, studied with routine hisstological H. E. and freezing cut method, the changes of structure and ACPase MAOase ativity in liver were observed. With the result: there appeared died, heavy lesion, light lesion region and different sacle of hepatic cell changes, there is no reaction catalysed by enzymes in died area, and very weak in heavy lesion area but strong in light lesion area and moderate degree in uninjured region. From these points, we discuss the effect of enzyme activity change by ultrasound on the destruction and reparing of hepatic cells.
