摘 要: | 以北京工业大学图书馆为例,阐述了现阶段科技查新机构的现状和发展趋势,剖析了科技查新机构目前存在的问题及面临的挑战,提出了科技查新工作可持续发展的两个方向———知识增值服务和人本服务,讨论了知识增值服务的概念及实现知识增值服务的有效途径,提出了科技查新工作实现人本服务的措施。

Abstract: | Taking the library of Beijing University of Technology as an example, this paper expounds the present situation and development trend of sci-tech novelty retrieval institutions at this stage, analyzes the problems existing in and challenges for sci-tech novelty retrieval institutions, puts forward two directions of sustainable development of sci-tech novelty retrieval work: knowledge value-added service and human-based service, discusses the concept of knowledge value-added service and the effective ways for realizing knowledge value-added service, and puts forward some measures for realizing the human-based service in sci-tech novelty retrieval. |
