| Abstract: | The outsourcing can improve the efficiency of university library's acquisitioning and cataloging service that is very complicated. This paper expounds the contents of university library's acquisitioning and cataloging service and the concepts of contract issuing and contract undertaking, analyzes the advantages of the outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloging service, and probes into the crises existing in the outsourcing of acquisitioning and cataloging service. |
