网络虚拟货币交易的危害及其治理对策

伴随着网络及其网络经济的飞速发展,虚拟货币的规模越来越大,可能产生的诸如虚拟货币会造成现实通货膨胀等不良影响也将逐步增大,政府有关部门应予以高度重视。为此,基于我国虚拟货币的现状,将虚拟货币归分为功能币和游戏币,分析了二者在发行、流通和兑换方面的不同;研究了虚拟货币存在的问题及其影响,并提出了相应的对策。

Harm Caused by Virtual Currency Transaction On-line and Countermeasures to Manage it

Recently, with the development of the Internet, the virtual currency has become a focus of public attention. This paper starts from the status quo of the virtual currency, classifies it into the function currency and the game currency, analyzes the differences in issue and circulating between these two kinds, in order to find the problems it may cause, and gives advice to solve them.
