基于XML的企业出口退税管理系统的设计与实现

出口退税是出口企业利润实现的一个重要环节,由于出口退税本身的特殊性,其利润实现是滞后的,其应收出口退税和实际出口退税可能存在差异,所以出口退税的管理水平的高低直接影响企业利润的真实情况,事关企业的生存.目前出口退税管理上的缺陷主要是传统的人工管理难以及时反映退税数据的真实性,无法有效落实责任,无法将最终出口退税的实际结算情况考核到每一笔原始单据.只有通过信息化手段才能从根本上解决这个问题.利用XML技术的强大数据获取及分析汇总功能,通过将海关,税务和本企业数据的汇总分析,使最后输出的数据能及时真实地反映退税的进度并能及时将退税的最后结果和原始数据完整挂钩,达到了退税工作的考核责任管理目标.

Design and Realization of Export Tax Rebate of Export Enterprise Management System Based on XML

Export tax rebate is a very crucial part of profit realization for an export oriented company.It is operated after the whole business is finished,and the actual rebate fund finally received may be different from the amount applied at the beginning.Thus the managing level of tax rebate would decide the profit status of the company.Current traditional tax rebate management is proceeded with manually.Such management can hardly reflect the real situation in time,and it can not link effectively the final result with the responsibilities during the whole process.To solve such problem,XML technology is adopted to formulate an e-management system to help improving the tax rebate management level.An example from a real project is given to show the strong function of such a system.
