关于我国高考制度改革的几点思考

自1977年恢复高考以来,高考改革极为频繁,成为一种常态化的现象.高考制度是实现教育公平乃至社会公平的重要制度,应该是科学合理且相对稳定的.高考制度改革的目的是为了不断完善,使之成为科学合理选拔人才的制度.但频繁的改革却带来了一个悖论：处于动态变化中的高考制度却逐步背离了其初衷,因为选拔人才的标准尺度应该是相对稳定的.为此,必须高度重视高考制度及其改革的稳定性,减少频繁改革带来的诸多负面影响.

Research on the Institutionalized Problem of China＇s College Entrance Examination Reform Policy in New Era

Since the reopening of the college entrance examination in 1977, its reform almost run through all of the time and people become accustomed to it in the past 36 years. Its system is important for achieving educational equity and even social justice and it ought to be fair, just, scientific and stable. The aim of constant reforms is to improve its system continually and make it become a scientific, rational, fair and just system for selecting talents. But constant reform has brought about a paradox： it is difficult to effectively choose talents fairly and equitably in the dynamic changes of its system because selection criteria must be a constant one. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the stability of its reform policies and institutionalize rational policies approved by the majority of people.
