锯齿型三角石墨烯电子结构的量子尺寸效应

摘    要:使用紧束缚方法研究了锯齿型正三角石墨烯结构的量子尺寸效应.结果显示:该结构存在重简并的零能态,能隙(零能态与第一激发态之间的差值)随着边界尺寸的变大而减小.当边界尺寸较小时,能级是离散化的,能够取得的能带结构是分散的;当边界达到一定尺寸以后,能带布满整个空间,态密度与二维石墨烯整体类似.

Abstract:It was investigated quantum size effects of triangular graphene with zigzag edges by the tight-binding approach. zag edges, It was found that there were N - 1 fold degenerate zero-energy states in triangular graphene with zig- within which the gap becames smaller with the increasing of size. The energy level was found to be discrete and the energy band dispersed when the size of the triangular graphene with zigzag edges was small, when the size of graphene became large to the graphene. enough, more energy bands were found and the DOS curve was similar
