摘    要:对纵向驱动巨磁阻抗(LDGMI)效应的特性、原理及应用技术的研究进行了综述,对学术界存在争议的LDGMI效应和巨磁阻抗(GMI)效应基本物理机制问题进行了评析.认为LDGMI效应和GMI效应的区别在于工作模式不同,而基本物理机制相同,在应用开发中两者各有优缺点,相互可以形成互补关系,而LDGMI效应相比GMI效应具有灵敏度更高、可靠性更高、适应性更灵活等优点,在新型磁敏传感器和新型磁性能测量仪器开发应用中LDGMI效应会发挥独特的优势.LDGMI效应前景光明,值得业界关注.

Abstract:The characteristics,the principle and application technology studies of the longitudinally driven giant magneto-impedance(LDGMI)effect were reviewed. Comments were made on the academically controversial of the basic physical mechanism of LDGMI effect and giant magneto-impedance(GMI)effect. The differ-ence of the LDGMI effect and GMI effect was regarded as resulted in the different work mode with the same basic physical mechanism,within which both had advantages and disadvantages in the application development,and formed the complementary relationship. Because of advantages of the higher sensitivity,higher reliability and greater flexible,the LDGMI had played a particular role in the development and application of the new type of magnetic sensor,and a new type of magnetic measuring instrument. Promising of the LDGMI effect was suggested which would be worthy of greater concern in the industry.
