高温煤气脱硫新技术的研究及应用

摘    要:通过对自制ZnO粉末脱硫剂的XRD及硫化实验,表明用热分解法制备的脱硫剂较用沉淀法制备的脱硫剂在物相上较好,而且单一的ZnO脱硫剂在脱硫效率及硫容方面均优于加入促进剂(10%澎润土)的ZnO脱硫剂.

Abstract:Using self-prepared a series of ZnO sorbent,The mineral structures sorbents were characterized by XRD. Sorbents were Sulfided experiment in a fixed-bed reactor. Results indicates that ZnO prepartion by decompound is superior to prepartion by precipitation in mineral structures,The pure ZnO powder sorbent is superior to the ZnO powder sorbent additived clay in desulfurization efficiency and sulfur capacity.
