| Abstract: | As an Intelligent resource, information possesses important position in today's social and economical development. The level of comprehensive development and utilization of information resources, which has a direct influence on decision quality of all social stratums, is directly related to the development of economy and the vicissitude of enterprises. This paper expounds the important significance of the development of information resources and lists some examples of creating new economic growing points from the angle of industrial development. |
