| 摘 要： | 首先研究了突破性技术创新的研究进展与跨越式发展的关系，根据技术创新与管理创新（战略创新、组织创新）的互动原理，提出了突破性技术创新的企业发展战略应为全面创新战略和柔性战略，组织结构应为扇平化和项目化管理，以成功实现突破性技术的跨越式发展。

| Abstract: | The paper fist discussed on the trend of the research based on disruptive technology innovation and the relationship between the astride development and the disruptive technology innovation. According to the interdynamic principle between technology innovation and management innovation, the paper suggested the enterprise development strategy of disruptive technology innovation should be an overall innovation strategy and flexible strategy, institutional framework should be managed with the project and should be flat in order to realize the astride development based on the disruptive technology innovation. |
