摘    要:建立了某型飞机发动机双操纵模拟系统的数学模型,进行了系统分析与仿真。分析和仿真结果表明:对于输入轴载荷模拟,由于模拟试验台的加载原理不同于实际系统,需采用力矩控制和位置控制分段切换的控制方法,同时为了减小切换引起的力矩波动,应对切换进行平滑处理。

Abstract:Aeroengine bi-operating simulation system is set up for the development of a new flight plane. This paper presents the model of the aeroengine operating simulation system, its dynamic simulation and testing results. The results illustrate that for the simulation of throttle load, because of the difference of mechanism between the actual and simulation system, only torque feedback control is not suitable, and switching control between torque or angle feedback must be chosen. Besides, smoothing the output of controller over the switching time is also necessary to diminish the fluctuation of torque because of switching.
